These terms apply when you order from Milano Pizza & Pasta through this website. They are written to describe how ordering here actually works.
Placing an order
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and the kitchen begins preparing it. If we cannot fulfil an order — an item has sold out, the address is outside our delivery area, or we are closing — we will contact you on the phone number you provided and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- Menu prices are shown before tax.
- Sales tax of 8.875% is added at checkout.
- Any tip you choose is added after tax and goes to the staff.
- Card payment is taken by Clover on their own secure page. This website never sees your card details.
Prices can change. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Pickup and delivery
Delivery orders have a minimum of $15.00 before tax. Delivery is limited to the area around 1522 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY. Times quoted are estimates and depend on how busy the kitchen is, the weather, and traffic. Please give an address where someone can receive the order.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, fish and shellfish in a shared space. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from a given allergen, including items described as gluten free or vegan. If you have a serious allergy, please call us on 917-261-6476 before ordering rather than relying on a note added at checkout.
Notes added to an order
We do our best to honour special instructions, but cannot guarantee every request. Notes are not a substitute for speaking to us about an allergy.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate contact and address details, and do not use this site to place fraudulent orders or to interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
